It is currently operated and the flagship FM station of its parent network, AMP Broadcasting Network, Inc. The station's studio is located at the AMP Broadcasting Compound Phase II, Sumulong Hi-way, Brgy. Sto. Nino, Marikina City while its transmission facilities is located at Mt. Maculot, Cuenca, Batangas. Lips 106 is a 24-hour operating station except on Sundays where it signs-off at 10:35 pm until 3:55 am of Monday and except Holy Week of each year where it signs-off at midnight of Good Friday and lasts until 4:55 am of Easter Sunday.
